LaDonna Jensen, RN and Marilyn Hartle, MSW, LCSW currently work as co-founding partners of Jentle Harts Consulting, a company providing consultation, training, project design and management in the areas of culture change, person-centered dementia care, dementia care mapping, adult day services, activities, and leadership skills for care communities. They are recognized internationally as advanced evaluators and trainers of dementia care mapping using “person-centered care” as a value base and are recognized by Bradford University, Bradford, UK as lead trainers of dementia care mapping for the USA. The two have co-presented over 250 presentations across the USA at national and state conferences on the topics of person-centered dementia care, dementia care mapping, culture change, leadership skills to promote organizational change and many others. They presented a session on Leadership Skills to Improve Dementia Care at the United Kingdom’s Dementia Congress in October 2008 and served as keynote speakers at the Singapore Alzheimer’s Disease Association’s symposium, October 2012.
